Working out and sticking to it darn it!
Okay before I get started I will say I am not in the worst shape as far as endurance or form goes, I just know I could be better especially in the form department. With this in mind I am once again venturing down the path of healty active living, and my solumn vow - I AM GOING TO STICK WITH IT DARN IT!
I have set healthy and achievable goals for myself and even went as far as to develop a work out plan that mixes aerobic activitya and weight training, and diet plan (don't worry I am not going to starve myself). And I am not just focusing on the physical either, I've also developed kind of a mental work out that will hopeful help me focus a bit better and work out my semi-atrophied creative muscles and lean new things.
I got off to a good start today, so here's hoping! BTW if anyone has any diet sugestions or workouts it would be awsome.
